Devilicious

I love me a good cocktail nosh - whether the variety be considered pedestrian or posh - nothing beats a tasty bite to help soak up the spirited swash. The devilish egg is one of my absolute favorite munchies to serve whilst cocktailng - a bit that I consider to be 100% unfailing! This protein packed provision is a serious crowd pleaser - and a bonafide cocktail party feeder! These little devils have a million ways about them - yet any way you make em' it's impossible to doubt them. At your next cocktailing extravaganza I urge you to give these a whirl - mix up the magic and top'm off with a spoon-twirl.

Mrs. Devilicious

1 dozen hard boiled eggs // halved, yokes separated

1/3 cup mayo

1/4 cup yellow mustard

1/4 cup deli mustard

2tbs white vinegar

1 lemon juiced + zested

1 tbs hot paprika

1/4 cup fresh dill

salt + pepper to taste

Mix the yolks and the above ingredients in a large bowl. Fill cooked egg whites with the magical mixture. Using a pastry bag fitted with a decorative tip  to fill the eggs will add some serious pizzazz. TIP #1 to de-shell the eggs easily add to an ice water bath to cool immediately after boiling. Tip #2 these work well with clear spirited cocktails and are an amazing when paired with expensive champers!

Bon Appetite! Cheers!

PS -- DO TELL: what oh WHAT is your secret devilicious ingredient? What makes your little devils so succulently significant??
